Greetings from Duluth Mn!
Hello everyone, thought I'd give a shout out to all the members. I've decided to take the leap from my small fish bowl in Duluth Mn and dive into the giant aquarium of Bigger Pockets. Looking to network with active investors who own and manage Multi-family apartments in warmer climates. Last week it was 25 below zero up here and it's time to explore warmer markets where I can expand my portfolio. I'm strictly a buy and hold investor and seek value plays (mismanaged apartment buildings in neighborhoods where you don't have to pack a .45 and where Kevlar). If you know of any great cities that are landlord friendly with stable rents/slow and steady growth, let's connect.
