What should be the investment strategy in real estate? 

Considering that the interest rates here in Colombia for a credit is 10% instead of 4.5%, the maximum term is 20 years and not 30 as in the USA and finally the down payment must be 30% if it is a Credit loan or 20% if it is leasing
