Multi Family properties in san antonio

Hi BP junkies. Just looking for some info on multi family properties in San Antonio. I am looking to finally take action in the real estate game. I am really interested in buy and hold properties. Since it would be my first deal I would prefer to have a livable fixer upper. Please feel free to reach out with any info you have that may help me get my feet off the ground. Also if you are an existing REI in the orange county area please let me know if you need any help with your own real estate adventure. I would love to volunteer to get some inside experience.
