Hello BP Community!!

I just found out about this site when I read Brandon Turners "Rental Property Investing" book. I loved the information in the book so I decided to take a look at the site and get more involved.

I am completely new to the investing world but have been in the construction field for more than 8 years. I have completed kitchen, bath, and whole home remodels as well as small handyman tasks for homeowners and businesses. 

This post is to introduce myself to the BiggerPockets community and also get any helpful tips about starting your first investment from more experienced and savvy investors. Also if anyone needs help completing a project please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
