Hello all ... I'm currently in a sales program with a rather large company (anonymity is key) and I'm looking to eventually begin investing in real estate. Rehabs peak my interest but I'd love to have a balanced portfolio and thinking long term - grab some buy and holds.

I'll be working in Atlanta area for the majority of this year and possibly the foreseeable future.

I've been lurking for awhile and decided I need to engage if I plan to actually learn anything - dialogue is a two-way street!

I hope I can begin to share my experiences and learn from you all in the process.
