Just a for fun posting here for the fresh investors, those of us who are about to launch into our first investments.  What are you doing to build funds for your first purchase?

I am working two jobs, second job goes directly into the business account.  Actually looking for a better paying/more hours second job.  My wife is putting bonuses which come in often into the account as well.

Yes I have read the books on finding investors.  Still might do that as well.
