New to Real Estate Investing! Fayetteville, NC

Hello BiggerPockets community! My name is Adrian, I'm new to real estate and currently living in Fayetteville North Carolina. I have began my journey by educating myself through reading (and listening to) dozens of real estate, business and self improvement books. Utilizing the forums, BP resources, online researching, as well as listening to the hundreds of recorded BiggerPockets podcasts. All of which myself and I'm sure a great deal of other beginners have found to be exceptionally helpful. Now that I have built a foundation in my knowledge of real estate fundamentals, it's time I begin taking action as I continue to learn. This will involve my interaction on BiggerPockets to ask questions, respond while providing meaningful feedback, attending local meetups (once this social distancing blows over..), and network to surround myself with people in the industry to build mutually beneficial business relationships. As I have already began taking consistent daily action, I am confident that through implementing these steps I will soon have the knowledge, support channel and resources to acquire my first deal, becoming closer to achieving both my short and long term goals. You need to hit up Shelby Osborne with Five Pillars Realty Group. They specialize with investors in Fayetteville, NC and are a great Veteran owned company. They also host a fantastic meetup called Pints and Properties that usually gets around 80 attendees.
