Hi yall!!

Recently back from sabbatical in Mexico. Living in St. Simons Georgia, working as a chef. All I think about is Real Estate!! When I'm at work, when I come home. Analyzing deals, listening to podcasts, reading articles, Every ounce of me wants to make the change.

I'm curious is anyone on here operating anywhere from St. Marys up to Savannah? I'd love to hear from people who are finding success in these areas. Really trying to learn and work with successful, positive individuals!
