Looking for recommendations for a good honest reasonable contractor.  One that is not expecting to make millions right off the back for a flip on a 1300 sq ft home. Thanks for any help.

Welcome to BiggerPockets! I wish the most success in 2020!! Best wishes in your quest. You might think of finding some work going on in the area and go by an look at the contractors work. Also go to networking events and ask around. Another idea is you do the contractor work and build out a team of sub contractors. Good luck!!
