Are any other house flippers having issues getting to inspection before sheetrocking,  or is contractor lying?  Just seeing if I'm the only one.  Thanks.

Looking for recommendations for a good honest reasonable contractor.  One that is not expecting to make millions right off the back for a flip on a 1300 sq ft home. Thanks for any help.
