Deal Machine app question
I'm new to bigger pockets. I have been considering using the deal machine app to find deals.I don't have much driving experience. Is it still beneficial to use even if I don't have a car or should I rent a car to find deals to make thing a bit easier? Please help.

Hi Janel,
I have personally used Deal Machine for 2 months now and cannot recommend their service. (Basic plan is about $50 / month). I was disappointed with the results and extremely disappointed with their refund policy.
As Anthoney has mentioned, there are many other ways to find properties with little to no cost. Networking, joining investor groups on facebook, networking here on bigger pockets, cold calling, craigslist, talking to local real estate agents, find local wholesalers, and so on.
Good luck and welcome to Bigger Pockets!
