Chicago Native residing in Seattle

Hello my name is Rory and I am a Chicago native currently residing in Seattle Washington. While I have been involved in real estate since 2009 when I acquired my 1st investment property back in college, I still consider myself fairly new to real estate world as I am still learning so much. I closed on my 1st multi-unit property at end of last year in Dec and I am in process of getting the renovations started. Also I recently finish creating a system that allow me to stay more organized and effective handle calls from sellers while still working my 9-5. Took a few months but got it done and just about ready to start my DM campaign. While I have been lurking on BP for quite sometime.. lol I finally decided its times to start getting active on the forum. Would love to link up with any local investors in the Seattle area.
