Hey all,

I'm Ryan from NJ. I've been a periodic visitor over the years and decided it's finally time to introduce myself.

I'm currently a senior in college in the DC area, and I'll be starting work in NYC this summer (assuming I graduate...). Real estate investing has always been a pivotal component of my long-term career plan, and I'm finally ready to take the plunge into my first deal.

My goal is to have deal #1 in the books by the time I graduate in May.
