Hi, my name is Michael McCulskey. I have been dabbling in REI for about 7 years. I started with two flips (the first one was on accident, lol). Recently I have purchased (18months ago) a two family and am looking to expand on my portfolio. I think I'm done with flipping and rehabs because they can be quite time consuming, though lucrative. It's time for me to be in units with 10+ units.

I'm a fleet mechanic by trade, but went to college for business. I just can't see myself with an office job, I'm much more hands on.

I like being a landlord so far, although it can be trying at times.
