Buying in Albuquerque

Gael Bro
Posted

Hi! I've been lurking a few months, and now I'm getting my ducks in a row to buy a house cash, in the North, preferably in the Valley. I had really good luck with Craigslist for wholesale houses in LA, but it doesn't seem to work that way here. Any advice as to where to look for good deals in ABQ? Advice on finding a good contractor to look at the house with me and estimate/do the repairs?

I'd love to have coffee or chat with anyone who has some insight. I'm new to the area and eager to network.

@Gael Bro BP has local local real estate forums where you can meet people from your area. I'm sure if you ask the question there, you'll get valuable feedback!

Welcome aboard and best of luck.
