Rental Properties Market in the Tuscaloosa Area

Hey all, I am new to the BP community and extremely excited to start my journey in real estate investing.  I have recently moved to the Tuscaloosa area and was looking for some advice on the market within in Tuscaloosa and North Port areas. I am planning on living in the house for a couple years then moving out to rent.  Any advice would be appreciated!
