I am new to Bigger Pockets, real estate, and real estate investing in general. I am just starting as a real estate agent and I want to invest in my local area, Bennington, Vt. I have always had a goal to be retired at 40 and my last career would have provided it but due to some unforeseen circumstances I know have to change my way of getting there. Any advice  is always appreciated.
