Brand new to real estate

Posted

Hi, I'm from Fayetteville NC and looking to begin in real estate. Ive lived here most of my life and have been watching the local market for quite some time in this military town. Wholesaling seems to be the best fit for me at this stage with only having 10k saved for this venture. I'm currently an OTR truck driver, which has allowed me to listen to several books, podcasts and manuals on real estate. Eventually I would like to get into flipping and later rentals, but I'm not entirely sure where to begin. I'm planning on taking some time off the road to dig in. Is there anyone in the area that could point me in the right direction?
