Hey Neighbors- My name is Jake and I'm wanting to get into real estate full time. I currently own a farmhouse with a few acres just north of Lincoln, NE which I will be leasing in a few months. From there, I'm looking to make my jump into the real estate industry full time whether that is wholesaling, fix-and-flip or becoming a realtor. I am really intrigued with the markets of DFW-Texas, Denver CO, Boise ID, and Los Angeles. I am hoping to make the move within the next year.  Feel free to contact me anytime!
