Hi there everyone, My name is Rashad and I am new to BiggerPockets. I just wanted to introduce myself. I purchased my first 4 unit multifamily home about 3 years ago through house hacking, I just recently sold it but it was a great learning experience, but I never understood how I could continue to invest in Real Estate with no money down. I decided to invest in myself and my knowledge, so I purchased a lot of books and programs. Here I am today, I just started my residential redevelopment company last month and I am excited for this new journey. I am looking to network with others and continue to learn and grow in the business.
