Newbie in California Central Coast (Lompoc)
Originally from East LA County but moved up to the Central Coast to start my aerospace career (I love rocketry). I'm extremely green when it comes to real estate but I'm excited and motivated to get moving in the right direction. Most of the way through Rich Dad Poor Dad and Atomic Habits. I'm currently paying a mortgage on my first home but looking to find a cash flow property somewhere within an hour or so from home (not afraid to do work in LA either since we're frequently down there anyway). Would love the opportunity to pick the brain of anyone on here who would be able to give me a couple pointers, face to face would be awesome if available. Thank you!
