Whats The Best Way To Force Equity In A Property???
Hi i'm a new Investor from California, and i was wondering when it comes to Rentals or potential Brrrrs, what's the best way to get equity out of them? I like the strategy of buying a 2/1 and bringing it up to a 3/2, but im sure there's more ways and i was hoping someone could share their opinion with me
