Hello Everyone!! I am a newbie from Houston, TX. I do not currently have any Real Estate investing experience but things are about to change here shortly. I have been researching and lurking for a long time and I have finally decided to come out of the closet. I currently work in property management in the Houston area and I will be working on my Texas real estate license in January. I am looking to network and soak up as much information as possible. If I can be of assistance to anyone especially in the Houston area please let me know. I am looking to start bird dogging & wholesaling properties and then venture into a little bit of flipping. My long term goal is to get into multifamily and commercial deals.
