I have been a lurker for about a year, and thought that maybe it is time to introduce myself. I am an accountant in my early fifties who is tired of the rat race. I feel my background will help me analyze deals and know when to walk away. I am involved with a local REI group that has been very helpful in gaining knowlege. My goal is to build up passive income stream that will allow me to pursue this full time within 3 years. I wish you all a happy holiday season and a profitable new year.
