Newbie in Hamilton, MA

Hi all! I'm brand new to real estate investing, really just trying to learn all I can right now (books, podcasts, articles). BP has been an invaluable resource for all that.

I currently live in Hamilton, MA, where I'm finishing up my master's (Mdiv), but my wife, two children, and I will be moving...somewhere...when our lease expires June 15. It's starting to look like we'll end up in or near Austin, TX. 

Still developing goals, strategy, and location (hence, "brand new"), but I definitely want to buy and hold, and I'm really interested in BRRRR-ing.

I'm looking forward to getting involved here, learning as much as I can, meeting other investors, and hopefully come to a place where I can help others out too.
