Erie, PA newbie learning to put money to use

Jason Hanmore
Posted

Hi, newbie here. I got a math degree but have been truck driving for the last 9 years across country with a couple stints in both the Texas and North Dakota oilfields. For the past few years I have invested in the stock market. I have saved enough to buy a fair house all cash... or a down payment on a great house... but decided to put it to use instead. So I have been redirecting toward real estate investing. I am getting a real estate license now and hope to utilize the brrrr strategy to build a portfolio or to flip/wholesale.
