Long Island Real Estate

Chris Rupolo
Posted

I'm new to BiggerPockets and love reading through all of the threads on here about the different investment strategies. I currently live on LI, and just bought a house (primary residence) and it needed a ton of work. I'd love to hear some success stories from local flippers/wholesalers (I live in Nassau), so many houses on LI are getting so old, they all need so much work done to them, it must be pretty hard to turn a decent profit...

Real estate investing is definitely a passion for me. I'd love to be involved somehow but don't really know where to start in a market like Long Island.
