Newbie looking for mentor ship

Hi everyone, I am a 22 year old newbie looking to expand my knowledge on real estate. I have been listening to the podcasts and reading booking and have a basic understanding of real estate. However, it would be incredibly beneficial if i was able to find a mentor within the great toronto region (GTA) to help guide me through my new journey!

Please feel free to recommend books and podcasts that will help me move towards the direction of buying and owning my first house.
