NEW Member and Investor
Hi all!! I am so glad I found this forum. I am Gina Musachia and I live in Texas!! I have been a natural gas broker for 23 years but come from a family of "investors" and I have also invested but I have very limited experience. All 4 houses I have bought and sold, I lived in first. I leased one for over 10 years and I just recently sold it. I am also a licensed agent, mainly for myself and family and friends but my main goal is to learn how to flip and other strategies in investing. I have been to several meetings/seminars that have been FREE and the one that I got the most out of was the Houston Real Estate Investors Club ( Phill Grove ). I would love some insight on some of these things b/c I am ready to dive in but do not want to make an expensive mistake. I almost pulled the trigger on Connected Investors PIN but saw a forum on here that talked me out of it. Either way, I am hungry for knowledge but more importantly to find that DEAL. I would love some guidance from an experienced investor!!
Thanks in advance :)

Welcome to BiggerPockets! Truly nice to meet you. Good luck going forward! Hope the best for you going forward in 2020!! Congratulation on your RE license. Immerse yourself in the podcast and webinars. As for making mistakes, that is unavoidable. The key is to minimize them. I may be different than others, but on my first project I would be happy breaking even. As it turned out, I was above water. But I could have done better and will going into my next project. I wish the best for you in your quest.
