I've been following the podcast for a while and decided to join the forum. I am looking to get into REI. I've been doing a lot of research to get better educated. I'm interested in buy and hold multifamily, and flipping. I've joined a meetup group but if anyone can point me to others Id appreciate it.

Welcome @Justin White! Where are you in NJ? Buy and hold multis and flipping are both vast...what are you looking to do for your next property. Also, joining a meetup group is a start...going to meet ups is bigger. Don't just stop there keep going!
