Looks like you have a great site here. Ive already read quite a bit.

I currently own 8 units, 7 of which I built acting as my own GC and doing quite a bit of the finish work myself.

Im currently looking for houses in my area that have good cash on cash return and need a little fixing up. Hoping to build some more in the next few years.
