Auctioned Real Estate
I've been diving in to Real Estate Investing for the past 6 months. I'm a transportation driver for UNFI out of Rocklin, Ca. I've read and been to a couple seminars around Sacramento, and it's been tremendous! My question is about Auctioned Real Estate. I've looked in to a couple properties, one is a potential fix and flip, and the other is just land. I've done and still have been doing my due diligence on each. As a new invester, when looking at Auctioned Real Estate how in depth should I go, and how should I raise capital to purchase these potential opportunities?
