Waterproofing Window In Shower??

Kyle Gene Kelly
Posted

Currently I’d call the house a learning experience! Renting a family house and upon rental agreement while living there I have to renovate the house (mostly cosmetic) I’ve reached the bathroom and have hit a snag  with the shower it’s currently just a tub with tile about waist high until you get to the window and it stops. It’s got beautiful old wood trim around the window and the landlord would like to keep it in place, is that possible? Keep in mind what I spend comes out of rent so if anyone knows how to make the window and trim waterproof I’d appreciate your help!!!
