Hey everyone. I've actually been a listener of the BP podcast for a while, just haven't done anything about it. Introduced to real estate via get rich quick 3am infomercial back in 2008 that I didn't fall for but peaked my interest. Knew then I wanted to do it but didn't know how.  I didn't come from a family with any knowledge of investing at all and growing up I wasn't really taught how not to be a sheep and think outside the box. Unfortunately for me that meant I knew it was done but it was put off. In 2010 I managed to pull myself into enough research that I felt confident to attempt to do my first deal however the gentleman who I partnered with was my interested in investing in my horse business then the house business and we went no where despite my attempts to keep him focused.

Fast forward to two years ago when I finally took the step towards getting my broker license and became a licensed real estate broker in Washington. It's been hard but my first year has taught me a lot. This year (2020) I finally decided to make another attempt at investing. I'm currently working on a deal for myself to live, with a rental and horse boarding business attached. My goals as an investor are single family homes and trailer parks. Eventually I want to do larger commercial apartments, one day. Because of my 28 years in the horse industry, I keep falling upon vacant land and AG probably.

I look forward to talking and meeting everyone

I forgot if there were more things I was supposed to say lol
