New to BP in Louisiana

Hello my name is John Pham. Just joined BP and wanted to introduce myself and give you a brief description of myself. I am 26 years old, currently working in Afghanistan at the moment and I am interested in investing in commercial real estate. I currently have 1 investment rental property and 1 house that I just bought for my mom, both houses is located in Slidell, La. I am still new to investing and I am currently reading books and hoping to get some advice from the experts on this board. I am researching about investing in commercial properties like offices and retail strips in Louisiana and possibly apartment complex. Just want to expand my knowledge and network with experts in real estate investing.
