Hey yall, my name is Phil Lee, am 23, and I am currently a heavy equipment operator who wants to become a black belt investor. I am totally new here and want to make the most progress possible. They type of real estate I want to do is the BRRRR Method. I've always done construction from plumbing, carpentry, paint, and even building houses. But I do not want to pick up an other job, I want to be an investor and leverage other people's skills so I can continue to work and bring in money. Saving isn't a problem for me, I currently live off about 30-40% of my income. David Greene's book has inspired me to talk to just about anyone who will listen to me about real estate and the BRRRR Method haha. My safety man at work is also interested in the method so we are going in this together. I currently live in Dickinson TX due to work but have a place back home in Rockport TX and my partner is from Louisiana owns a house there.
