hello from connecticut

Hello, I'm in the United States Navy, stationed in Connecticut but from San Francisco looking to learn as much as i can about real estate investing. My wife and I have been doing our research on real estate investments but have not taken the next step to actually start our real estate venture.s

I'm really interested in finding ways to start with little-to no money up front. Wholesaleing homes, and getting properties and renting them. Any advice or pointing me in the right direction will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
