Columbus, Ohio area looking for partnerships

My name is Adam and I am a local to the central ohio area. I am a newbie to real estate as the only deal I have accomplished is my primary residence. I'm here for networking purposes hoping to come across like minded individuals interested in some sort of partnership. I am open to most methods of investing but lean mostly towards rental properties. Anyone else from the area interested in making something happen? Would love to hear from you !
