Began REI w/ LA House Hack, next stop BP!

In 2015 our fam of 4 moved to LA and purchased a 3/2 home in a class C area. Ffwd-Today we live in the same home - family of 5 w/ 1 on the way but are getting paid double our mortgage thanks to house hacking. 

While converting our attic into living space my husband and I found BP podcast and joined the community. We are here to continue our learning journey as we prepare for the next opportunity.

Mid term goal - achieve 10K/month in passive income through Real estate and continue learning/acting/growing into wise investors.
