I am fairly new to real estate investing, but I have been looking around the Metro Atlanta area for wholesale deals as well as retail deals. I was wondering are there any cash buyers on this board interested in getting good wholesale deals in the Metro Atlanta area.

I am looking to network with rehabbers. I am also interested in marketing pretty houses that are in move-in condition in the Metro Atlanta area. I am not a realtor so I do this with an option agreement.

Anyway, I am glad I found this website and its forums and I am truly looking forward to getting involved.
