Hi everyone,

I’m new to investing.  Looking to network with other investors, agents, lenders etc. in my area to learn and start down this journey.  I’m looking for my first deal...either flip or hold depending on the property/location.  Any help and advice in general and for our specific area is greatly appreciated.

I'd recommend starting to go to some of the meetups here locally. There's an apartment meeting tonight in Linden library. There are landlord meetings in dublin, COREE, COIN, and plenty of facebook groups. Columbus is lucky to have a super involved networking and a lot of support. Welcome and i'm sure you can find great value on the site!
