Greetings from Northern CA

For over a year, I have been lurking through the forum and think it's time to introduce myself.

Currently, I own 6 SFR. Five homes are located in Arizona and my primary residence which is located in Solano county which is where I live. Owning RE is awesome, and a great way to build revenue stream(s).

In the past year, I purchased three properties which caused me to be heavily leveraged...which was worth it because the deals were awesome!

My long term goal, and dream, is to own 30 rental properties for passive income. Once upon a time, I thought such was just a dream, but now I see it as a very realistic goal, hence I am here to learn and share my knowledge.
