Hey BiggerPockets!

Hope everyone's having a great week so far. I'm Ian - a longtime BiggerPockets member and podcast listener, but first time forum poster! I'm a Freddie Mac / Fannie Mae / HUD multifamily loan originator by trade, multifamily LP investor on the side, and aspiring principal owner/operator in the the Denver West states.

I work at a firm called Berkadia, and our team specializes in Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and HUD multifamily mortgages. Berkadia is a consistent Top 5 ranked Freddie Seller/Servicer, Fannie DUS Lender, and HUD/FHA lender that is owned by Berkshire Hathaway - we all work for Warren Buffett. Prior to coming to Berkadia, I was a multifamily apartment broker with Marcus & Millichap in Seattle. I come from a real estate family, my grandfather built single family homes, my father built multifamily homes and was a controller for a local developer in Seattle.

Looking forward to becoming a more active member on the forums, learning from everyone's wealth of experience - and contributing new content and comments in a way that adds value to the community. Thanks!

Cheers,

Ian
