So after years of my dad owning and flipping properties. I finally decided to jump aboard! I was lead here from listening to a few of podcasts. My favorite...Flipping Junkie! I am an ambitious newbie ready to flip and make all old homes new and unique. But like so many...I need a little guidance! I’m here to gather as much info and share and read the good bad and ugly in this business! I’m from Philadelphia area which is a city that is booming in real estate! So don’t be shy say HI! 😊

Hey @Sanise Hass that is great that you joined the local REIA. Meet some people, take them to lunch and find out what they have done and what they are doing.

If your father has done it, ask him what he did, how he did it and tailor it to fit your lifestyle so that you can do it in your own way. I bet the first thing he tells you is that it does not happen overnight. It takes time.
