Hello BP Community!

I'm a genuine Newbie to the real estate realm. I am currently closing on my first property (multi-family in Elizabeth NJ.). I have been listening to the BP podcast quite a bit as of late and am hustling to increase my knowledge of this exciting world.

I am very interested in multi-family units, as well as smaller commercial properties. As I said, I am closing on a new construction right now, where I plan on living in one of the units.

Looking forward to engaging with the Bigger Pockets Community and learning everything I can about the industry.
