"Long time listener, first time caller" from St. Louis

Hi All,

I've been a "long time listener, first time caller" on Bigger Pockets hailing from St. Louis and thought it'd be great to introduce myself and jump into the amazing conversations on the forum.

I'm new to real estate investing for myself, yet have been a commercial real estate development analyst for the past two years and an architecture and business student before that. This community has been an incredible source to learn and grow as a real estate professional. Thanks in advance for being such a great resource and I hope to return the favor any way I can.
