Washington, DC Investor: I want to grow!

I’ve been an investor and landlord for 10 years. I consider myself a “mom and pop” landlord and really want to expand my investments and turn it into a professional business. I purchase a property every 3-4 years but I want to start doing more.

Current Properties:

Duplex: Washington, DC

Single family home: Easton, PA

Single Family Home: San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize

9 acres of land: Easton PA

I also rent the in law suite of my home on Airbnb.

I’ve learned a lot about being a landlord and Airbnb host during the past 10 years. I’m an interior designer so one of my strengths is renovating properties that are eyesores without breaking the budget.

I signed up for Bigger Pockets because I want to accelerate the rate that I invest and explore flipping properties.

I look forward to contributing, learning, and networking.
