Looking for advice about what professionals to consult

I am moving to a new location and want to start my investing career into real estate. I am having a dilemma since the area that I am moving to doesn't seem to have any credible CPAs and at attorneys that I can find with good reviews. Because of this I am considering remotely communicating with some that I have found not in my new location. As a guy who likes to do business face to face and communicate that way (especially when it comes to my own money) a part of me wants to go with a local professional, even if they aren't as knowledgeable. If anyone has any advice or experience communicating with their attorneys and accountants remotely, I would love to learn from you to help me with my situation. Thanks!
