Hi all, I discovered BP last year and have been listening to the podcasts and just being an occasional lurker basically. My husband and I have been real estate investors for 20 years, and business owners the past 16 years. We also run an Airbnb cottage out of our barn the past six months and I LOVE IT! Excited to gain more knowledge about all things real estate from you great folks, considering getting my Real Estate license this year, any thoughts on this are appreciated! Thank you

@Zeke Liston, thank you! Feeling behind the ball after looking at BP, there's so much I don't know! I wish I had discovered this resource years ago, I was just busy trying to keep everything going for us. There's SO much to learn! I'm in a very difficult market here.

Thank you for the welcome @Jo-Ann Lapin! I'm still just considering getting my license, not sure if I should just take the plunge or not? I'm leaning towards doing it even if I only use it for myself also I love real estate so I think it would be fascinating.
