Hello From Norway
Hello,
I received my real estate license when I was 20 (14 years ago). I worked as a loan officer throughout my early 20's. In my late 20's I started investing in real estate. I have flipped about 300 properties to date. For a few years I owned my own brokerage (always hired brokers, never held a RE license whild I owned a brokerage).
I saw some real investment opportunity in Scandinavian Real estate and am trying my hand at that.
I have no favorite type of real estate investment, except of course the type that make money. Whether it be new condo construction, land, commerical, etc. I just try to play whatever niche of the real estate market is trending, ride the wave, and move on to the next trend.
Having said that, I strongly beleive energy is becoming a very finite resource in this world. My primary, long term, investment is in sustainable living solutions.
I am fairly knowledgeable when it comes to real estate, if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. However, it's a broad field, I have yet to meet anyone who knows it all.....
